Terms of service

These terms govern your use of GuestPark, a service provided by GuestPark ("we", "us"). By using the service you accept these terms.
1. About the service
GuestPark is a platform that lets landowners ("hosts") offer parking on their own property, and lets visitors ("guests") book and pay for it via a QR code and booking page. GuestPark does not own the parking spaces and is not a party to the parking itself beyond facilitating the booking and payment.
2. Fees
Listing a spot is free for hosts. GuestPark charges a 10% commission on each completed booking. The host receives the remaining 90%.
3. Payment
Payment is handled by our payment partner Nexi/Nets. GuestPark collects payment on the host's behalf and pays out the host's share. Card details are never stored by GuestPark.
4. Bookings and parking
A booking grants the guest permission to park at the specified spot for the specified period. The guest must provide an accurate vehicle registration and follow any on-site instructions. Parking is at the guest's own risk.
5. Cancellations and refunds
The host can refund a booking. For refund questions, contact the host or us at post@guestpark.app. [Define a concrete cancellation window / refund policy here.]
6. Host responsibilities
The host warrants that they have the right to offer the parking, that the listing is accurate, and that the offering complies with applicable law.
7. Guest responsibilities
Guests must park only as booked. GuestPark and the host are not liable for damage to, or theft from, vehicles.
8. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". GuestPark's liability is limited to the amount of the booking in question. We are not liable for disputes between host and guest.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law, with venue in Norway.
10. Changes and contact
